Returns and exchanges

To start your return, enter your order number and email address or phone number

How do I return?

  • Enter your order number, (beginning with MBD), and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items, (with the exception of those noted below*), within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • Items must be in new, unused condition. All original tags should be attached, and items should be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or odors.
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging

*Free gifts, promotional items, and items that indicate "Final Sale" are not returnable.

Are there any charges for returns?

  • We do not charge fees, (for example, restocking fees), of any kind for returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for return shipping charges

How soon will I get my refund/exchange?

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges are typically processed faster than refunds. Once your returned item is received a new item will be shipped to you.

Defective/Damaged/Incorrect Items

  •  If you receive a defective item, please request a return through the returns portal and select the appropriate reason.  Please include a photo if you can. Our customer support team will be in touch with next steps. Please do not ship the item back before we have gotten back to you.
