At Magnolia Baby, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date.ย Items must be in new, unused condition.

Items must be in new, unused condition.ย All original tags should be attached, and items should be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or odors.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, the exchange process is automated through our Returns Portal. If you want a completely different item you will need to return the orginal item for a refund and place a new order for the new item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the package is adequately insured and trackable.ย
Start Your Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online Returns Portal. You'll need your order number and the email address associated with the order.

Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
