Return Policy
At Magnolia Baby, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be in new, unused condition.
Here's How it Works:
Items must be in new, unused condition. All original tags should be attached, and items should be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or odors.
Exchanges: If you need a different size, the exchange process is automated through our Returns Portal. If you want a completely different item you will need to return the orginal item for a refund and place a new order for the new item.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the package is adequately insured and trackable.
Start Your Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online Returns Portal. You'll need your order number and the email address associated with the order.
Important Notes:
Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges: Exchanges are typically processed faster than refunds. Once your returned item is received, a new item will be shipped to you with expedited shipping.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please go through our Returns Portal and select the appropriate return reason and provide photo(s) if you can. We'll be happy to help you with a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. This includes, but is not limited to, all hair accessories, deeply discounted items, and personalized items.
