When you log in you will be taken to your account page, where you will see an overview of your orders, their status, and additional information. You can also reach this page any time you are logged in by clicking on “Your Account” in the upper left of the web site.
WHAT CAN I ORDER ONLINE?
At this time you can order any items from the Essentials collections.
HOW TO ORDER ONLINE
There are two ways to order online. You can use one or the other, or a combination of both.
The first way is through the Quick Order Essentials link in the main menu at the top of every page. Hover over this link and a drop-down menu will appear listing all of the Essentials groups. Choose the group you’d like to order and you will be taken to a line by line list of the items in that group, (one line for each sku/size).
Enter your quantities and click “Add to Cart” when finished and all items with quantities greater than zero will be added to your cart. Repeat as necessary for additional groups. This is the best option if you are re-ordering and/or know exactly what you want to order.
You can also order through the Catalog Order link in the main menu. Again, select the group you would like to order from and you will be able to see each item from the group in greater detail. Catalog order items must be placed in your cart one by one, although you can order all sizes of an item at once. This is the best option if you haven’t seen a group in person and/or if you need a refresher on specific items. You can also use this section to look at items and then order from the Quick Order link.
FIND ITEMS BY SKU
You can search for items by SKU using the search option in the upper left of the website.
When you have all the items you wish to order in your cart press the “Place Order” button in the lower right. You will then see a screen with your order confirmation and an email confirmation will also be sent to the email address in your account.
If you don’t see the confirmation and/or receive an email confirmation please be sure that you have clicked on the “Place Order” button before contacting us.
The current stock level for each item is shown with the product. There is also a shipping window date, which would be when any out of stock items will ship.
By default, in stock items will ship immediately but you can select to have your order ship complete. Be aware, however, the items that are currently in stock may go out of stock at any time so if you choose ship complete some items may no longer available when your order ships.
OUT OF STOCK/DELIVERY DATES
If you place an order for an item that is currently out of stock it will ship within the shipping window dates listed for that item.
We make every effort to accurately convey current stock levels, however occasional errors and fluctuations in stock can occur. We will contact you as soon as possible after you place an order and before shipping if an item is no longer available.
Shipping charges are calculated at the time your order is shipped and are NOT included in the price of your order.
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address on your account when your order has been shipped. You can also find this information by visiting Your Account.
The form of payment we have on file for you will display at the top of your checkout screen. There is no need to enter any payment information when checking out. If your form of payment is credit card and you’d like to update or change or credit card information, please contact us at email@example.com or 732.229.0111. Your credit card is charged at the time of shipment.
