At Magnolia Baby, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date.

· Items must be in new, unused condition. All original tags should be attached, and items should be unwashed, unworn, and free of stains, makeup, pet hair, or odors.
· Redo for Free Returns & Exchanges: To make your return process even easier, we've partnered with Redo. By selecting "Redo Free Returns & Exchanges" at checkout for a small fee, you'll enjoy the following benefits:
o Free Return Shipping: A prepaid return shipping label will be provided for your convenience.
o Automatic Exchanges: If you need a different size or color, the exchange process is automated through Redo.
o Package Protection: Your return package is protected against loss, theft, or damage in transit.
· Returns without Redo: If you choose not to use Redo, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the package is adequately insured and trackable.
· Start Your Return: To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online Returns Portal. You'll need your order number and the email address associated with the order.
Important Notes:
· Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account.
· Exchanges: Exchanges are typically processed faster than refunds. Once your returned item is received, a new item will be shipped to you with expedited shipping.
· Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a defective item, please get in touch with our customer service team immediately. We'll be happy to help you with a replacement or refund.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
